Undulation is a study of cadence, meter, oscillation, palpitation, pressure, and pulsation. The piece represents an attempt to amalgamate, provoke and energize abstract imagery with abstract sound.
"Whether water-like distortion or spirals viewed laterally, Harvey Goldman's Undulation explores variations of sinuosity. The color forms flow, their smoothness juxtaposed with interspersed angular line patterns, serving to reinforce the winding motion by its contrast. This collaboration with composer James Bohn creates a brief but dynamic and constantly evolving world."
